We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with Vapor Club. If something doesn’t go as expected, here’s exactly how we handle returns, refunds, and warranties.
1. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Products showing any signs of use will not be accepted
To start a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If approved, you can choose:
- A replacement (shipping cost applies), or
- Store credit for future purchases
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- E-liquids
- Replacement coils
- Pods
- Disposable vapes
- Any consumable or perishable products
3. Refund Policy
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Processing time: up to 7 working days
Important Exceptions:
- International orders are non-refundable
- If you refuse delivery, no refund will be issued
- Delays due to customs must be handled by the customer (we’ll assist where possible)
4. Warranty Policy (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery on selected items.
How it works:
- Customer pays shipping to send the item back
- We cover shipping costs for sending the repaired/replacement item back (if approved)
- Items are inspected before approval
5. What’s Covered Under Warranty
We cover genuine manufacturing faults such as:
- LED screen issues
- Charging port problems
- Battery malfunctions
- Auto-firing issues
- Chip or internal system failures
6. What’s NOT Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
- E-liquids, coils, pods, tanks, atomizers, or disposable vapes
- Batteries, chargers, or accessories
- Damage caused by:
- Drops, misuse, or rough handling
- Water, e-liquid leakage, or fire
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, finish wear, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear
- Missing parts or improper assembly
- Minor manufacturing imperfections
7. Final Notes
- Returns and warranty claims are handled case-by-case
- We aim to be fair and reasonable while protecting both sides
